Love your Lakes is working to keep our lakes healthy and accessible for everyone to enjoy.
Too much phosphate from detergents is getting into our lakes causing blue-green algae to grow and this is bad news for wildlife, people and pets. We can all do our bit to look after the lakes we love.

Try a Sea Kayak night Brookbank canoes are bringing a variety of sea kayaks to Kettlewell car park on Derwentwater for club members to try out. Note different venus to normal - though the Duty officer will be present at the marina for normal club night activities.
